Lily Lake 5th Grade Supply List

This school year, the fifth-grade teachers will purchase school supplies for the students. *** You will NOT need to shop for any of the required items.*** We will take care of the shopping for you, and $15 will cover the entire cost for the required school supplies.

Please pay the Donation of $15 on SmartSchoolK12 (or cash/check payable to Lily Lake Elementary) after you have received your class placement. The materials we will have ready for your fifth grader are listed below. We appreciate your assistance in helping our students prepare for the school year!

Items YOU will still need to supply for your child:

• Headphones
• Double-sided tape for science (one roll)
• Tennis Shoes
• Backpack

Additional donations are appreciated for any of the following items:

• Disinfecting Wipes (Clorox, Lysol, etc.)
• Colored Pencils or Markers
• Mini Hot Glue Sticks for Mini-Hot Glue Gun
• Black Sharpies (any size, but “Extra-Fine Point” preferred)

***We could always use donations of glue sticks and pencils too
