Kindergarten Orientation is an exciting time for your child to get a sneak peek of kindergarten and meet our amazing teachers. It’s also a time for you to learn more about our program and what you can expect in the year ahead.
Here’s how you can connect:
Please drop by the school during one of the three offered time frames to pick up a goodie-bag with special gifts and activities for your kids, as well as information and paperwork for the grown-ups.
- Thursday, February 18 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 pm and 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, February 19 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Kindergarten Preview for Kids!
Visit our Kindergarten web page during the week of February 22 to find a variety of fun, interactive videos for your kids to meet our teachers and get a taste of what they can expect in kindergarten.
We’ll have a short video for each day of the week leading up to orientation. Kids will be able to see what a classroom looks like and even participate in a kindergarten dance party.

The Clever.com website features a wide variety of resources to keep your child engaged while continuing to build their academic skills.
All Minnesotans who are age 12 years or older are eligible to get vaccinated. Resources to do so can be found here.
We will be providing free meals to any child in our community between the ages of 1 and 18 throughout the summer.
Two high school seniors shared their culture and taught elementary students across the district about the hijab worn by many Muslim women.
