About Us

A safe, welcoming place to learn

Lily Lake is a safe and caring school where each child is valued for the person they are and the contributions they bring. We help each child reach his/her academic potential, while at the same time we support students as they develop the skills to be outstanding citizens in our community. All elementary students have access to:

  • Core instruction in literacy, math, science, social studies, art, physical education, media and general music
  • Opportunities in band, orchestra and choir beginning in 5th grade
  • Responsive Classroom, where students participate in morning meetings emphasizing social, emotional, and academic growth in a strong and safe school community
  • Enrichment experiences to advance learning and challenge students
  • Special Education: reading and math interventions, English Learner program and summer Targeted Services
  • Service learning and community service projects
  • Preschool for four-year-olds (fee-based; offered through Community Education)

I have always appreciated the wonderful teachers. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Lily Lake Elementary, from the teachers to the office to the school nurse and even to Adventure Club. I feel good knowing that my children have been safe and happy at school.PARENT COMMENT
